Vehicles not parked consistent with HOA rules may get towed.

THE POOL

Hours are from 10:00AM to 8:00PM

RULES for pool use are posted for the safety and enjoyment for all Meadowood Residents.

ALCOHOL USE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

Failure to abide by the rules will result in the loss of pool priveleges for the remainder of the season

BE A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER

Pets must be on LEASH at all times

PICK UP after your pet

Pet Waste Stations are available on the complex

Failing to pick up after your pet is a HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATION and subject to a FINE of $100 minimum

ILLEGAL DUMPING AND OVERFILL

The dumpsters are to be used for household waste ONLY!

The waste must be placed inside the dumpsters NOT next to or around the dumpsters

It is ILLEGAL for certain Items, such as, Electronics and Furniture to be placed in or around the dumpster area
